We’ll figure out what can be hi-jacking your energy; could it be a lingering virus or something you’re lacking in your diet? ’Adaptogenic’ herbs such as Liquorice, Borage, Shatavari and Ashwagandha help cope with on-going stress, support and give you more energy and resilience to start doing some of the things you love again.
Menopause
Hot flushes? Period problems? Low mood? Tearful? Perimenopause and other hormone issues can be resolved with a range of womens herbs such as Black cohosh, Sage and St Johns Wort. We can talk through what is going to work for you and support you moving forwards.
Tummy trouble

We’ll look at aspects of your diet and look after your gut bacteria – your gut microbiome. Bitter herbs such as dandelion can make a huge difference and certain foods may be affecting you so we may think to temporarily take out suspects such as wheat and gluten containing foods. Don’t worry – whatever we take out, we’ll put something else in so you’ll hardly notice! I’ve many easy recipes – its all about do-able. Some changes can help positive weight management as well.
